The Power of Correlation

S.E.E.D. For Today_Correlation

Scripture "I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about something and pray for it, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. This is true because if two or more people come to gather in My Name, I am there with them." Matthew 18:19-20 New Century Version Bible

The premium here is put in the concept of correlation through prayer. Jesus here gives the utmost encouragement for the disciples not just be in agreement but to correlate in unison for some definite thing. The twelve had been falling out the way about the question of precedence in God's Kingdom and this stirred up their flesh and gave rise to offense. The Lord Himself had been directing them how to deal with one another about such matters. But He shows them a more excellent way by explaining to them the power of correlation.

Example In banking terms correlation is the connection, the link, the tie in, a mutual relationship between two or more, the statistical measure that indicates the extent to which two or more variables fluctuate together. Diversified but acquainted with the risk but help to weather the ups and downs. When two assets are perfectly correlated, they have a correlation of +1.

Exercise Read Matthew 18:18-20 In correlation what they ask of the Father euphoniously in Jesus Name it shall be a +1 for it is a emphatic concept of the power of correlation. When believers  correlate in prayer it will attract God to be in their midst. Individual correlation with the Lord is important as well but if two or more correlate together in His Name you will experience how things fluctuate when we are in agreement.

Devotion Lord my prayer for today is that I not let pride or arrogance get in the way of correlating with other believers. Help me understand the power of agreement and your purpose of corporate activity amongst the saints. I pray for humility and harmony between your people, that we don't allow our flesh to be stirred up by titles and positions but they that we correlate for the advancement of the Kingdom of God in Jesus Name Amen.

  2. When we correlate together it will also bring upon those corporate blessings to benefit the sants of GOD. So we must continue to embrace correlations cause we all win in the end!!! Let's all continue to join together and be a force to be reckoned with cause with two or more correlating we have +1 which is GOD with us then who can be against us!!!

Bursting Out Of It!

S.E.E.D. For Today:  Scripture: "Is this not the the fast which I have chosen: Loosen the bonds of wickedness." ( Isaiah 58:6 ) Explanation: There should be the right motive when we fast. The people of God in Isaiah observed but there was no change in them. When fasting we do not want to look at it as a religious ritual, but a means to transformation. The fruit of repentance ought to be evident in relationship with one another and our neighbor. If we fast and persist in arrogance, stubbornness, fighting and strife then we are only doing this out of routine. Exercise: Prayer is important to experience the grace and power of God when fasting. Without the consistency of prayer we will not see breakthrough. God is challenging us to do the fast He has chosen, the first means of business is releasing or loosing the bonds of wickedness. Whatever besets itself and entangles you again under the same slave system of missing the mark with God has to let you go. I challenge you ...

THE SAFE PLACE

S.E.E.D. For Today___ Safety Scripture "God is our safe place and our strength. He is always our help when we are in trouble." Psalms 46:1 New Life Version In light of all that is going on in our world God is the most dependable person we know. Murder, and violence plague our city's and nothing seems to be safe anymore. When everything seems to be falling apart God is our safety, our refuge from the storms of life. He doesn't protect us in order to pamper us, He shelter's us so He can strengthen us to go back to life with it's duties and dangers. Trouble describes people who are in tight places in a corner and unable to get out, but we are not to be afraid. The earth may change and things will be in utter chaos, but in the Lord we have safety. Though everything around us and in us seems to be restless, God is in control. God is our safe place, in His will, in His hands He got the whole world, He formed it, shaped it, created it, and man co...

"Your Time Is Coming!"

"My Destiny and it's timing is in the hand of God." Psalms 16:5 Your way of life, your fortune, your fate, your portion comes from God. Knowing God is to know that He operates in rhythm, seasons, or times. Ecclesiastes 3 breaks down very intricately the seasons, or timing of a man's life or destiny. It tells us in vs.1 that, "Everything on earth has its own time and its own season" ( CEV ) or " Everything that happens in this world happens at the time God chooses." ( GNT ) Being in sync rhythmically with God is so vital to the believer, operating in boundaries of our destiny or fortune, is the ability to flow in purpose. God has a purpose for each of us, you will find it to be your greatest joy as you discover the privilege of understanding the intention of God for your life. There are times as believers we find it difficult to accept what God has given us. There will be times when your ideas of what you want may get in the way of you and God...
