Through It All!

"Don't be afraid for I have ransomed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression you will not be burned up, the flames will not consume you. For I am the Lord your God, your Savior, the Holy One of Israel" Isaiah 43:1-3 (TLB)

Don't be afraid of the trouble you are experiencing at this moment, remember God is with you, through it all. In exchange for our freedom from the enemy, God gave Jesus up as a ransom for His people, Jesus died that you might live, God traded His life for yours, because you were so precious to Him, honored and He loves you. So don't fear when you go through, even though your troubles are so deep, through it all, even in very rough tide God will cover you and not allow the waves of life to carry you off and drown you! When you feel like the heat of this fiery trial is too much for you, you have His promise that He will be there, so walk on through it, for He will not allow you to be burned nor will the flames consume you!

You have been chosen to know and to believe me and to understand that I alone am God. For your sake I will make a way through the water, making a path for you to make it out safely from every enemy that has come against you. I will make your heart sing with joy again, and you will praise me for giving you a road in the wilderness, you see I have already prepared your way out of this situation even before you asked me. I only let you stay there for some time, because I would be right there with you through it all. Understand you are not in this place for no reason, the levels of water have risen extremely high and the intensity of the fire has increased, but you will survive for God has called you by your name and you belong to Him.

Be strengthened my brother's and sister's for at some point the waters will become shallow and the fire will have to cease, God wants you to hang in there, because it is nothing, compared to what He is about to do for you. He will guard and support you in everything you go through. He will not let anything destroy you! Although it feels like you are losing He wants you to understand, that there must be lost to make room for victory. There is no other God, there never was and there never will be, He is the Lord, and there is not another Savior in all the earth. He will come on the scene mighty in power and with one word He will save us from all our distress and trouble.Just know that He is God and through the fire or through whatever, He will be there with us, through it all.

  1. I understand what it means to walk thru the fire. This is such an on-time message as I continue to walk, by faith thru the fire so that whatever needs to be burned can be burned so that I can continue to grow and mature in Christ.

  2. God is always confirming.I was on the prayer line this morning, I held the page to read the scripture ,my finger on ephes.6 -17,18 but when Pastor ask if anyone had a scripture I keep quiet and was blown away when Jackie read ephes 10 thru 18, I'm blown away at this blog, because this is how I feel like Im drowning and these are the comforting words I needed to hear back from God.

Bursting Out Of It!

S.E.E.D. For Today:  Scripture: "Is this not the the fast which I have chosen: Loosen the bonds of wickedness." ( Isaiah 58:6 ) Explanation: There should be the right motive when we fast. The people of God in Isaiah observed but there was no change in them. When fasting we do not want to look at it as a religious ritual, but a means to transformation. The fruit of repentance ought to be evident in relationship with one another and our neighbor. If we fast and persist in arrogance, stubbornness, fighting and strife then we are only doing this out of routine. Exercise: Prayer is important to experience the grace and power of God when fasting. Without the consistency of prayer we will not see breakthrough. God is challenging us to do the fast He has chosen, the first means of business is releasing or loosing the bonds of wickedness. Whatever besets itself and entangles you again under the same slave system of missing the mark with God has to let you go. I challenge you ...

UN-DO!

S.E.E.D. For Today: Scripture: "Undo The Heavy Burdens" ( Isaiah 58:6 ) Example: There was a great deal of injustice in the land and with the rich exploiting the poor and the rulers using their authority only to make themselves richer. It was a conflict between truth and lies, just like in our land today. The people of God were no different in operating under the same system as this. But God called them out and wanted them to understand that their fasting was in vain if they did not undo the heavy burden they placed on others while still outwardly devoting themselves to religion or as they thought to God. Exercise: Let's invite the Holy Spirit to solve problems and aid us in lifting loads and overcome barriers that keep us and our loved ones from walking joyfully in the Lord. In self-denying love and care for others, let's undo any heavy burden or untie any yoke that we may have placed upon friends, family, associates or even employees. Devotion: Lord toda...

What to Wear, What Not to Wear!

Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. Colossians 3:2,5-8,13 TLC has a show entitled What Not to Wear. In this reality tv series family and friends recommend people for total transformation. The concept of the program is to take an individual who has not been able to give up garments that are old and out dated, clothing that leaves them lookin...
